    Really interesting discussion, thanks.
Regarding the drum, wouldn’t it be great if we didn’t need it and were capable of sustaining an atmosphere without it? The truth is that when the Barclay lower is not ‘on it’ like in the second half against Palace then no other part of the ground takes up the slack.
Carra can be awesome at times but it too often takes too much to get us going. Under the cosh in the second period against Palace the boys needed us to drive them on. We failed.
I am happy in the Barclay lower after years of me and my mate attempting to get the Barclay upper going and failing miserably.
We really need to address this, drum or no drum, and I thank you guys for the progress you have engineered over the past few seasons with the flag initiative and so on. Without it I really feel as though I might’ve given up in despair.
